10Flexible Spending Accounts
- If you currently have a HealthCare or Dependent
Daycare Account - Dont forget to re-enroll for 2004. These
accounts do not roll over to the next year - Keep your Flex Credit Card to use in 2004
- All claims must be for services delivered during
2003 - Claims forms must be submitted by April 30, 2004

- If you have not participated in the Flexible
Spending Accounts consider enrolling - You will save taxes on your healthcare copays,
deductible and coinsurance amounts - You will spread your costs over the year
- You can use the Flex Credit Card and there are no
