What are Web Services?
  • Consists of software designed to let business

    Internet.
  • Made up of discrete units of code, that handles a
    limited set of tasks via the internet.
  • Web services allow applications to share data.
  • They are based on XML, and can be called across
    any operating system.
  • They invoke capabilities from other applications
    without regard to how they were built.
