• The increase or decrease of heat. Heat is caused
  when particles in matter move. As particles move
  more quickly, the object gets hotter.

Sound Energy

• Sound is created by vibrations and travels in
  waves. Can travel in different media (solid,
  liquid, gas).
• Force must be applied to make an object vibrate.
• The vibrations from a vibrating object spread out
  in waves. The waves carry energy from the sound
  source outward in all directions.
