quick note about this site I made this site in
the spring of 1998 as a project for my AP British
Literature class.It was either this or bake a
cake and make a scene from the story with the
icing.I am no Beowulf scholar or enthusiast, so
I'm not the one to ask if you needhelp with an
upcoming test, research paper, etc. Sorry. And
sorry but I won't be doing any other stories.
Furthermore, when I graduate from college, I
won't bother to move this site to my new host. If
anyone wants to steal all the pages and pictures
and host this site somewhere else, go ahead and

Hrothgar was the king of the powerful
Ring-Danes.He and his friends thought it was
cool to brag about themselves.

His tribe met in a great hall called Heorot,
where they ate a lot and drank even more.

Without warning, a vicious monster called Grendel
attacked Heor.

Beowulf, the strongest warrior from Geatland,
came to the rescue.

Beowulf was accompanied by a group of "thanes"
known as the B-Team.

the Sea Booty.

seconds.But he didn't know who he was messing
with.

Beowulf caught and taunted Grendel and broke off

Grendel's mother, a she-cat, came to collect
