  that is generated as soon as you complete your
  self-assessment.
• It consists of two reports
• 1. Description of your True Colors, your
  strengths, values, joys and needs.
• 2. An in-depth explanation of your True Color.
• How Others See You displays which of your
  Observers have completed the assessment and their
  responses.
