Changes to the Bylaws

• Addition of 2 committees to Bylaws
• Coffee Hour Committee Charged with the
  organization of weekly coffee-hour social events
• Inventory Committee Charged with the upkeep of
  the inventory database and the oversight of
  front-desk and main-lobby resources
• Deletion of a phrase from the Bylaws
• Chair of the Hallsorganize the weekly
  coffeehours in conjunction with the Hall
  Councilors,

Publicity Guideline Updates

• 3.g. Advertising in the building is not permitted
  anywhere but on the bulletin boards. This is to
  protect the walls and glass surfaces, and to not
  create extra work for the janitorial staff.
• If an event needs to be advertised to each and
  every resident, please use the residents
  mailboxes.
• Residents are allowed to decorate their own door,
  white-board, and areas inside the apartment with
  advertising and/or non-advertising items, in
  accordance with MIT, Housing, Fire Safety and
  other applicable policies.
