Laurina Bragdon is a management professional who
is presently working as a Program Analyst and
handling several projects. She is the Project
Manager for five critical agency programs which
have a combined funding of 5 million. She is
tasked with budget management, contract
management, regulatory compliance, and vendor
relationship management. A skilled and
disciplined professional, she also takes care of
handling Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that
monitor and assure program success.

She compiles the date received from the KPIs and
reports the metrics to senior level executive
staff. She has displayed outstanding leadership
skills over the years, and she is a valuable
member of the organization. Her knowledge of
operations management, financial software, and
business processes had allowed her to perform her
duties excellently and to the complete
satisfaction of her superiors.

As a project management professional, Laurina
Bragdon also conducts research and evaluations.
She collects qualitative and quantitative data to
develop strategic plans to ensure that all
operation run smoothly. She also coordinates with
regional as well as overseas offices to provide
them technical guidance needed for improvement
methodologies. She has also handled the
responsibilities of project manager or project
team member for several key agency initiatives.

implementation of a state of the art application
that tracks inventory in real time and allows
automated ordering. She has received several
certifications such as Information Technology
Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management
Professional (PMP), Contracting Officers
Representative (COR) and Digital Graphic Arts.
