  OPPORTUNITY EXPO 2000 for the 2nd Congressional
  District.
• The EXPO is designed to provide an opportunity
  for small businesses of the 2nd Congressional
  District to provide information on the products
  and services that they can provide to government
  and prime contractors.
• The EXPO will have exhibitors from state and
  federal agencies, defense contract procurement
  representatives, and other government decision
  makers to allow local businesses to find
  customers for their unique products and services.

• On behalf of Congressman Jim Turner, United
  States Representative for the Second
  Congressional District of Texas and Dr. Larry
  Phillips, President of Angelina College, welcome
  to the ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY EXPO 98 for the
  Second Congressional District.
• The EXPO is designed to bring information on the
  marketing of products and services by the private
  sector to government and prime contractors.
• The EXPO will have exhibitors from state and
  federal agency representatives, defense contract
  procurement representatives and other government
  decision makers to allow local businesses to find
  customers for their unique products and services.
• In addition, the Angelina College Procurement
  Assistance Center and Small Business Development
  Center, Texas Manufacturing Assistance Center,
  and the Orange and Palestine Electronic Commerce
  Resource Center will be available to provide
  information and assistance for business to
  capitalize on advanced technology and procurement
  information access.
• The EXPO will provide seminars on government
  contracting (state and federal), internet
  resources, and assistance available for
  businesses.
