  • This document was created September 1996,
    probably by Sean Kelly. The material was used for
    a presentation to the Taiwan CWB, and is included
    in a spiral-bound document titled WFO-Advanced
    Seminar. The blue text on slides 5, 7, and 12 is
    from handwritten notes by Herb Grote, possibly
    added during the presentation at CWB. Slides
    19-22 are from a hand-drawn page, also by Herb
    Grote. The document was recreated December 2005
    by John Osborn from a hard copy. The most recent
    edits are by Joe Wakefield, March 2006.
