RIMS was established under the inherited legacy
of Sri.M.S.Ramaiah, the Founder of Gokula
Education Foundation. His vision to impart
quality education has resulted in establishment
of multidimensional educational institutions
which have gained national and international
acceptance. Dr. M.R.Pattabhiram,son of the great
visionary and Director of the Management
Institute, has for long, nurtured the vision laid
down by Sri.M.S.Ramaiah RIMS has a primary goal

Our Strategy
MBA Experience And Curriculum We organize and
manage the RIMS experience to develop the
business leadership skills of each student to the
highest level. We will expand and enrich the
leadership development aspects of the management
experience through the PDP. RIMS curriculum is
continuously evaluated and refined to ensure its
relevance to the constantly changing world of
business while retaining an emphasis on
leadership, rigorous coverage of business basics
and depth in key functional areas such as
finance, strategy, marketing, and operations.

Our Strategy
MBA Experience And Curriculum The design of
RIMS's curriculum gives us the opportunity to
integrate important topics into the core
curriculumsuch as leadership, entrepreneurship,
corporate social responsibility, and ethicsthat
cut across functional areas and disciplines. We
will take full advantage of that opportunity by
supporting a wide variety of MBA program
initiatives, such as research-based independent
studies, student-initiated citizenship
activities, international field-study projects,
and entrepreneurship activities such as
business-plan competitions and workshop series.

Foreign Tour All students will have to undergo a
foreign tour at their cost. However institute
will make payments to the travel agency and
parents can pay in installments. As a gesture to
