Michael Harrington is an ex- employee of the NYPD
(New York Police Department). He served the
department as a police officer for seven years
and fulfilled many duties such as serving and
protecting the local population, writing summons,
deterring crime, making arrests, etc. Michael
Harrington served the NYPD from 2002 to 2009 and
was respected for his spirit to serve his nation.
The NYPD is the largest municipal police
department and is established since 1845. This
makes it one of the oldest police departments in
the United States. Many youngsters dream to join
this prestigious police department and work hard
to clear the written as well as oral tests to
qualify for the job. The department conducts
tough physical tests to enroll only the most
capable people in the police force. Michael
Harrington joined the NYPD after clearing the
exams and passing a rigorous physical
examination.

Michael Harrington is an alumnus of the
prestigious John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
He graduated Magna Cum laude from the college in
2008 with a 3.63 GPA. The college, which is
situated in Midtown Manhattan, New York, is one
of the most preferred college for students who
want to pursue their graduation in Criminal
Justice, forensic Science, and Forensic
Psychology. The college was founded in 1964 and
derived its name after the famous personality
John Jay, the first Chief Justice of the United
States Supreme Court. Michael also went to Drake
Business School and American Business Institute.
He studied Word Processing and Accounting in
these colleges and mastered the skills.

Michael Harrington, a former employee of the
NYPD, took up various reputed jobs before joining
the New York Police Department. He worked as an
Assistant Director of Admissions with Art
Institute of New York City, where he was
responsible for enrollments and helped students
by working on their problems. He followed up the
inquiries to generate more finances and increase
enrollments. He also worked for Inspirica, Inc.,
a reputed tutoring service as an enrollment
counselor. The institute assisted students in
preparing enrollment exams and preparation tests
before joining college. He has an experience of
working as a sales representative in various
companies which include King TeleServices LLC
Schick Technologies, Inc. N. W. Ayer Clark
Boardman Callaghan/West Publishing. He worked as
a stockbroker with First Hanover Securities and
Investors Associates, Inc.
