1
The dynamics of Newtons laws.
  • By B.Patrick

2
Magnetic force
  • Magnetic forces are produced with magnets, and
    Electrical charges.
  • Electrical and magnetic forces are closely
related to each other, and still to this day it
    is not completely understood.
  • Example A rocket having a magnet in front of it
    and behind it.

3
Electric forces
  • Electric force is when you push on something with
    your hand.
  • This force of repulsion develops as electrons.
  • Example You knock over one domino then that
domino hits another then it goes on and on till
all of the dominos are knocked over.

4
Gravitational force
  • Gravitational force is the weakest force that we
    can see.
  • If two tennis balls are held 1 meter apart then
the gravitational pull would be 0.00000000001
    Newton's.
  • Example Dropping a book on the floor.

5
Weak interaction and nuclear force
  • Nuclear forces are the strongest forces, but they
are so small that we cant see it happen.
  • This force holds the nucleus of atoms together.

6
Newton's first law of motion
  • Newton's first law of motion stats that an object
in motion will stay in motion and an object at
rest will stay at rest until acted upon by an
    outside force.
  • Example you drive a car and then you stop and
    your body keeps going.

7
Newtons seconded law of motion
  • Newtons seconded law of motion states that the
acceleration of an object produced by a net
applied force is directly related to the
    magnitude of the force.
  • Example you role a ball and there are two forces
acting on it gravity and friction.

8
Newtons third law of motion
  • Newtons third law of motion states that for
every action there is an opposite but equal
    reaction.
  • Example A rocket going up into outer space using
    thrusters.

9
F(m)A
  • The mass of an object times acceleration of an
object will equal the force of the object.
  • Example a car moving 60 miles per hour weighs
    200,000 pounds. 60 200,000 the force.

10
M F/A
  • The force of an object divided by the
acceleration of an object equals the mass of the
    object.
  • Example a car hits a wall traveling 40 miles per
hour with a force of 3,000 psi (pounds per square
    inch). 403000

11
A F/M
  • Force divided by mass equals acceleration.
  • Example if the force is 20 and the mass is 5
    then the acceleration is 4.

12
W MG
  • This formula is weight equals mass times gravity.
  • If the mass of an object is 20 and the
gravitational pull is .5 then the weight is 10

13
MW/G
  • This formula is mass equals weight divided by
    gravity .
  • Example if gravity is .5 and the weight is 50
    then the mass is 100

14
GW/M
  • This formula is gravity equals weight divided by
    mass.
  • Example if the weight is 50 and the mass is 200
then the gravitational pull is 4.
