Items listed on auction website for sale.
Auction is closed.
Winning bidder pays for item and picks it up.
Pay commission to Auction website
From 12/1/05 4/21/06 over 20,000 in gross sales of surplus property

NKCSD uses GovDeals.com to auction off surplus property after it has been approved by the BOE for disposal
BOE approved agreement between the District and GovDeals.com
Minimum listing fee of 5 per item or 7.5 of auction price, whichever is greater Percentage is less for bid price over 100,000

List submitted to BOE at regular meeting
After approval items listed on website for one week
Winning bidder is to pay and pick up items within 10 business days of close of auction
