• What?
• Archiving information about S-P programs and
  events
• Why?
• To help future officers by recording valuable
  information about events, budgets, vendors, and
  volunteers.
• How?
• Reports from current officers on their events

Guidelines

• Officers should send information about their
  committees or halls events and activities,
  including
• A short (a few sentences or a paragraph) summary
  of the event, program, or activity
• Short comments on the success of the event
• Rough number of participants
• Electronic copies of posters advertising events

• Source of funding S-P, outside source, ticket
  sales?
• List of supplies used quantities, vendors, cost
• Names of volunteers who participated
• Any other information that you think would be
  useful to someone planning a similar event in the
  future
