Edward Schaibley is an established Independent
Broker who has been holding an insurance license
since 1981. He began his career with a two year
stint with Combined Insurance. During this
period, he was honored with 3 Grand Diamond
awards. Then he joined Country Companies
insurance where he became a multi-line agent in
the Mclean County office, earning 3 of the
prestigious All-American Awards. He opened his
own Independent Agency that has now evolved into
Illinois Advisory Group, Inc.

Educational Qualifications
Edward Schaibley graduated from Ottawa
Marquette High School. Later, he attained his
B.S. in Business Administration degree from
Illinois Wesleyan University, Bloomington, IL.
His highlight there was meeting Lisa, his wife
of over 30 years. She has played a vital role
as a Christian parent in the upbringing of 3
fine children. He is proud of all his children
including his daughter, Kendall (who graduated
Magna Cum Laude from Lee University and is
currently a High School Counselor) son Kyle, a
veteran of the U.S.

Social Activities
Edward Schaibley and his wife Lisa are members of
Eastview Christian Church, Normal, Illinois and
is also associated with a small group, Bible
Study. He is a past 3 year board member of the
Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
During his free time, he travels to visit family,
reads books, watches sports, works out, watches
his Cardinals and Packers, stays abreast with
political issues and studies numerous health
alternative treatments, especially those
affected with cancer.
