Our Team
Richard Levychin , CPA, CGMA, Partner Richard
has over 25 years of accounting, auditing,
business advisory services and tax experience
working with both privately owned and public
entities in various industries. Stewart
Robinson , CPA, APB, CFF, MST, Partner Stewart
has provided litigation consulting and business
valuation services performed audits of public and
private companies including broker-dealers and
provided tax and accounting consultation services
to a variety of privately held businesses and
high net worth individuals. His broad background
and formal training in tax, accounting, and
business valuations, as an Accredited Business
Valuation Analyst, provide unique insight to
issues involving debt restructuring, equity and
derivative financial instruments where he can
meld his interdisciplinary background into a
unique perspective on those subjects.

Nora Galleros , CPA, CGMA, Partner She has over
20 years of experience in performing consulting,
financial audits and compliance engagements
serving public sector clients including
non-profit, governmental entities and employee
benefit plans.  Her extensive audit experience
includes performing audits in accordance with
auditing standards generally accepted in the
United States of America, Government Auditing
Standards, Uniform Guidance, HUD Audit Guide and
other governmental entity audit
guidelines. Christina Koh-Tungal , CPA, Partner
 Her experience includes the financial and
compliance audits of non-profit and commercial
entities in accordance with auditing standards
generally accepted in the United States of
America, Government Auditing Standards, issued by
the Comptroller General of the United States, and
the Uniform Guidance. Robert Engler , CPA,
Partner Bob has over 30 years of accounting,
consulting, financial planning, and tax
experience working with businesses in a variety
of industries and with high net worth
individuals.

Magdalena Lopez , CPA, CGMA, Partner
 Magdalena's primary focus is on providing audit
services to employee benefits plan and public
sector clients, including social service
organizations, foundations, fundraising
organizations, churches and faith-based
organizations, charter schools, housing and
organizations receiving government funding.  In
addition to financial statement audits, she
performs audits in accordance with Government
Auditing Standards, Uniform Guidance (previously
OMB Circular A-133) and other compliance
guidelines.  Kenneth E. Edwards , CPA, CGMA,
Partner Ken serves as the Firms Leader for
outsourced CFO Support Services. Ken specializes
in working with middle-market companies (with
revenues of 5 million to 800 million) in the
charter school, pharmaceutical, manufacturing,
construction, nonprofit and telecommunication
industries. Ken is able to service his clients by
integrating his practical knowledge as serving as
a CFO with the challenges of complex accounting
and reporting issues
