Tech Fortune looks to Brazil

and a subsidiary of Tech Fortune Investment has
announced its plans to expand its operations in
Brazil with the development of new social housing
under the Brazilian government program Minha
Casa, Minha Vida. The Minha Casa, Minha Vida
program is aiming at reducing the Brazilian
housing shortage by up to 40 over the coming
years and to supply affordable housing to
Brazil's lower and middle income families. So far
the company has confirmed that a number of
suitable sites have been earmarked for its first
social housing development entitled "Casa Azul
Residencial" which will be situated in the
Northeast of Brazil. Wei Long director and
spokesman for Tech Fortune stated that "this is
the start of what we hope to be a continued
strengthening of the company's offshore expansion
plans in Brazil" The company also announced that
it is already making plans for a further four
other residential developments within the region
