  Hizballah military training and some with combat
  experience against Israeli Defense Forces (IDF)
• Many of these individuals have entered the
  United States illegally through Mexico or Canada
• The challenge is to determine if they still have
  any allegiance to Hizballah or if they have
  entered the U.S. for a better standard of living
