- Conference Meetings
- Presidents meet at least one time annually, with
voting only by presidents - Athletics directors/athletics administrators meet
at least twice in person annually - Faculty athletics representatives must
participate in conference meetings for rules

Committee is responsible for conference
activities and sanctions for event
management,hospitality, and game conduct - Incidents of misconduct must be reported to the
conference office by the offending institution
within 5 days includes ejections and event
management incidents - In the case of ejections, game officials must
provide written report to conference office - Automatic suspensions for player or coach
ejections

- Beginning in May 2010, the National
Administrative Council is authorized to conduct
reviews of affiliated conference operations and
determine sanctions where appropriate - Violations of affiliated conference requirements
may result in sanctions such as warning,
reprimand, probation, or suspension
