General Return and Cancellation Policies
  • Return Policy
  • Our Customer Service representatives determine
    eligibility for refunds and exchanges once
    customers have contacted us and explained their
    reason for return. As we dont sell refurbished
    or previously-owned items, any items you return
    must be unaltered, undamaged, and in factory
    condition with all original tags and packaging.
    Items showing alteration, damage or use cannot be
    returned. Items that are unaltered, undamaged and
    unused, but not in original factory condition and
    packaging, are subject to a 15 restocking fee,
    to be deducted from the agreed-upon return amount.

  • Returning packages without prior approval from
    Customer Service will halt or delay your return.
  • All returned items must be in brand-new
    condition, unused and with original tags and
    packaging. Requests to return items due to
    quality issues, damage during shipping,
    color/style/size error or allergic reaction from
    use must be accompanied by photos or other
    evidence that clearly shows the problem with the
    item received. We reserve the right to charge a
    handling fee on all items returned for other
    reasons.
  • Please note that Product-Specific policies apply
    to the following categories Wigs, Customized
    Sports Outdoors.
  • For all returns, please Login to My Orders and
    submit a return request form to Customer Service
    within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If we shipped you the wrong item You have the
    option of 1) exchanging it for the correct item,
    or 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers
    must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or
    return with Customer Service before sending items
    back.
  • If we shipped you an item in the wrong color You
    are eligible for a full refund. (1.Note All
    items sold by us are being described to the best
    of our abilities, as accurate as possible, and
    with utmost conscientiousness on our part.
    However, to avoid any potential oversights, we
    respectfully request your assistance in helping
    us to make this a mutually satisfactory
    transaction by reviewing item description and
    photos, and asking all questions PRIOR TO
    ORDERING. 2. Also note that Perceived color
    differences due to the display settings of your
    computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.)

    eligible for a refund or exchange depending on

  • - Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment

Return and Cancellation Policy for Specific
Products

  • Return Policy
  • Your satisfaction is our goal! Wigs are eligible
    for return within 7 days of receiving your order
    if the customer finds quality issues, receives
    the wrong item, experiences an allergic reaction
    from wear, or has a package lost or damaged
    during shipping.  If none of these situations
    apply but you are unsatisfied with your purchase,
    you may be eligible for an exchange or refund of
    the items price within 7 days of receiving your
    order.

1. Quality Issues
  • Wigs with quality issues (including damage and
    poor quality) are eligible for a full refund
    within 7 days of receiving your order. When
    requesting your refund, please be ready to
    provide Customer Service with photographs clearly
    showing the problem with the items. Returned wigs
    must be in brand-new condition, unused and in
    original packaging.

2. Allergies
  • Wigs that cause an allergic reaction after use
    are eligible for a return within 7 days of
    receiving your order. When requesting the return,
    please be ready to provide Customer Service with
    medical proof of the allergic reaction (such as a
    doctor's note).

3. Wrong Item Shipped
  • After confirming the style or color of wig sent
    to you is not what you ordered, you will have the
    option of keeping the wig you received or sending
    it back to exchange for the correct one within 7
    days of receiving your order. If you prefer to
    keep the wig you received, we will refund the
    price difference if the wig you purchased is more
    expensive than the one you received.

4. Loss or Damage during Shipping
  • Wigs that were lost or damaged during shipping
    are eligible for a refund of the full purchase
    price plus shipping costs. Please obtain "Proof
    of Damage" documentation from your delivery
    carrier within 7 days of receiving your order,
    and provide it along with photographs showing the
    damaged packaging so that Customer Service can
    process your refund.
  • Requesting Refunds or Exchanges
  • When requesting a return for any of the 4 reasons
    listed above, please be ready to provide

Customized Sports/Outdoors
  • Return Policy
  • Customized Sports/Outdoors items with no quality
    issues can be returned within 7 days of receiving
    your order. Shipping costs must be paid by the
    customer and returned items must be in their
    original condition, showing no sign of
    customization or wear. Please clearly identify
    the reason for the return on the package. As we
    dont sell refurbished or previously-owned items,
    any items you return must be unaltered,
    undamaged, and in factory condition with all
    original tags and packaging. Items showing
    alteration, damage or use cannot be returned.
    Items that are unaltered, undamaged and unused,
    but not in original factory condition and

  • Sports/Outdoors items with an actual measured
    size of at least 2 cm larger or smaller than the
    size chart on our website, and which we consider
    will affect wear of the item, are eligible for a
    full refund. Errors of less than 2 cm are not
    grounds for a refund
  • If you choose the wrong size you have two
    options1) exchange it, you should pay the resend
    fee 2) returning it for a refund consisting of
    the product purchase price.
