David Bergen is a successful and experienced
Chief Information Officer with years of
leadership experience leading Large Fortune 500

worked with Levi Strauss Co.- a leading 6B
consumer product and retail company that sells
through many channels in over 150 countries, with
10,000 employees and 10 distribution centers.

As the Senior Vice President/Global CIO of the
company, David integrated global SAP and AFS
solutions for all merchandising, finance, and
production management, supply chain and sourcing
areas. He led strategic planning and the
assessment of various business unit mergers and
acquisitions.

About David Bergen Based in San Francisco,
California, David Bergen is a successful global
CIO (Chief Information Officer) with over a
decade of experience leading many Fortune 500
companies. He received his bachelors degree in
Management Information Systems from the
University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and then joined
the Electronic Data Systems, San Francisco as
Project Manager and System Engineer.

Vice President (Global Application Development)
and led his team to develop applications across
value chain, including purchase order,
merchandising, operations, logistics and supply
chain. In 2000, David Bergen joined Levi Strauss,
San Francisco, CA as a Senior Vice
President/Global CIO and coordinated IT as well
as business functions across 25 sites worldwide
under the capital budget of over 200M.
