What is Paleo Diet?
  • Also known as primal diet or caveman diet
  • Basic principle Eat like our ancestors did back
    in the Paleolithic era
  • Lots of meat, fruit, vegetables
  • No grains (agriculture wasnt a thing back then)
  • No dairy (neither were cows)
  • No processed foods (or fastfood)

What Can You Eat On Paleo?
  • Lean meat pork, beef, veal, game
  • Poultry chicken, turkey
  • Fish and shellfish
  • Any kinds of vegetables
  • All types of fruits (incl. berries) in moderation
  • Nuts and seeds
  • Good oils and eggs

Problems of Finding Paleo Food
  • Modern food is very much processed
  • Cut in to pieces from which you dont recognize
    the original animal
  • Dumped in to sauces
  • Ruined with preservatives

  • More than 90 is not suitable
  • Unprocessed food is often hard to find

  • You should not buy the item
  • Rule 1 If you cant identify which part of the
    animal is it (i.e. Too processed)
  • Rule 2 If you can not eat it raw
  • Rule 3 If it is packed in many layers
  • Rule 4 If it obviously has sugar
