• Everyone has a great story to tell about their
  heritage, family, traditions, etc.
• But it may require some research and/or thought
  or both.

Cultural Heritage

• It could be information about your familys
  country of origin, cultural traditions, language,
  food, religion, folklore, music, etc.
• You will need to do some brainstorming to narrow
  down to a topic that you can adequately cover in
  5-7 minutes.

• A variety of visual aids could enhance this type
  of speech including Powerpoint, charts, graphs,
  photos, artifacts, music, ethnic costumes, etc.
• Make sure all the materials are in front of you
  when you begin your speech.
• You must include at least one visual aid in your
  informative speech.
