  woman, is admitted to UWMC for uncontrolled
  diabetes and hypertension.  She is hyperglycemic
  with an A1C of 11 and will start on insulin
  injections before leaving thehospital.
• Prescribed medications include Lisinopril.
  Clonidine, and Metformin
• She also takes fenugreek
