  • Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) is a
    method, relying on storing and remotely
    retrieving data using devices called RFID tags or
    transponders. RFID tags contain antennas to
    enable them to receive and respond to
    radio-frequency queries from an RFID transceiver.
