Mission

• The mission of Cyberspace Operations Command is
  to provide the National Command Authorities
  sovereign options for screwing with an
  adversaries computer-based information systems
  though hacking, spoofing, viruses, and other
  nasty computer crap, like changing their
  passwords and reformatting their C drive, just
  like MicroSoft does, whenever, and where ever we
  feel like it.
