UNIQUE AF MP PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

• Two-phase solicitation process
• Stand alone two-year contracts with mentor
• Basic year with one option year
• Cost plus with fixed fee
• Accepted technical proposal becomes Statement of
  Work
• 70 of proposed assistance to be Technology
  Transfer
• Subcontracting to HBCU/MI, PTAC or SBDC At
  least 5 of total funded contract amount
• Periodic performance management reviews (PMRs)
