  • The SDR initiative is a tool for continuous
improvement and is intended to be a working
document. Many of the issues raised by the
initiative will take time and continuing dialogue
to resolve and implement. As such, the goal of
this committee has been to set forth a work plan
to provide context and serve as a reference as
the District and the community move forward.

Sports Done Right
  • Sports Done Right presents a statement of
philosophy and as such must be embraced by the
community at large as well as by the Board of
Directors. It calls for a renewed emphasis on
the ability of sports to teach character,
sportsmanship, positive attitudes and life skills
and will require a commitment not only from our
administrators and coaches, but even more so from
our parents, students and fans. These governing
principles are embraced in the Statement of
Philosophy and Community and Individual Compacts
and are the heart of Sports Done Right.
