Workers in the Public Sector
- In 2005, an estimated 31 of Wisconsins
public-sector health care workforce was age 51
and older. - An additional 33 were ages 41 to 50.
- Women made up an estimated 83 of the
public-sector health care workforce. - Approximately 88 of Wisconsins public-sector
health care workforce was white. - By 2010, an estimated 39 of the public-sector
health care workforce in Wisconsin will be
eligible to retire.
