ITT office offers.

previewed the program and highlighted the
packages to be given away during the promotion.

The Vance Services monthly newsletter Whats
Happenin has a circulation of 1,000 and is
distributed to every office and facility on base,
all base housing, dorms, and lodging, all
Services facilities, the BX and Commissary, as
well as an off-base mailing list comprised
largely of military spouses and local retirees.

of the May edition.

Happenin has a circulation of 1,000 and is
distributed to every office and facility on base,

The Services News is a weekly e-mail sent to
all Vance civilian and military employees (around
3,000 people).
This slide was distributed for nine weeks
beginning with April 30, 2007 and ending June
25, 2007.

Wing Slides/Newcomers Briefings
This slide was briefed in the Services section of
the weekly Wing Staff meeting for three weeks.
Around 30 people usually attend the meeting. The
slide was briefed June 6, 20, and 27.
This slide was briefed in the Services Section of
the monthly Newcomers briefing held for
all military members as they arrive on base.
Attendance varies but is typically 30-50 people.
The logos of several Destination Arlington venues
are prominently displayed on the ITT slide at
this briefing.

Services Posters Each month a poster is prepared
and distributed to seventeen prominent locations
around base which highlights the important
Services activities.

ITT Office Signage
This sign was displayed outside the ITT Office,
helping people to locate the ITT office and
encouraging them to find out more about
Destination Arlington.
This sign is inside the ITT office and displays
hotels and tourist attractions in Arlington.
This section of the ITT wall has brochures of
hotels and attractions in Arlington. This is
displayed all year long.

The Drawing
84 people came to the ITT office and signed up
for the drawing. On the upper wall of the ITT
office was a banner displaying the Fun Central
logo and brochures for many of the attractions.
The winning entry forms were drawn June 29th.
The winners were 1st - Ken Broder 2nd-
Hillarie Cronk 3rd- Brandon Myers
