Title: SoundeMotion
1If you do something not only with knowledge,
wisdom, and experience butalso with emotions,
do not be surprised that it leads you to success.
You willcreate a piece of art like song,
painting, ballet, or unique acoustic system.
2Our company and strategic partnership
- Sound-e-Motion is a small and creative company
engaged in designing and manufacturing of
acoustic systems. - Our strategic partners are
- UNISOUND, USA manufacture of acoustic systems.
- Russian Game, Russia pricing policy, market
analysis and sales. - American Audiophile Network, USA - pricing
policy, market analysis and sales - Rhythmica, Poland - pricing policy, market
analysis and sales -
- Our strategy
- fast response to market changes in direct
cooperation seller - designer, making high
quality projects and products.
3Sound-e-Motion acoustic systems
- Sound-e-Motion is a state-of-the-art sound
system which brings the latest technological
advances and superior woodworking together. - All of our acoustic systems are madeof wood.
The reason we use valuable wood species is
their attractive and sufficiently robust inner
fiber structure.
4Wood Sawing
- Cutting wood is radial sawing what allows
foreseeing both subsequent shrinkage losses and
deformations of wood. If tangential sawing is
done, deformations control of wood shrinkage is
practically impossible and results in internal
stresses and cracks in finished products.
5Wood Drying
- Lumber is dried in press vacuum wood drying
equipment under pressure up to record low
moisture content values. For example, oak reaches
less than 4 per cent of final moisture content,
and we consider it as a limit value. After this
limit wood is plasticized, stabilized, its
internal capillaries are closed, and it loses
capacity to take up moisture. Plasticized wood
will keep its shape always even if humidity
changes. Now we are safe, and there is no risk
that wood cracks or changes in size. To dry oak
less than 6 per cent in a conventional drying
kiln seems to be impossible because wood will
intake air and change in size as an effect of
air-dried moisture. It also concerns any product
manufactured from such wood.
6Wood case
Every wooden piece is examined, processed, and
glued together with special glue type manually.
While doing so, grain flow in each wooden
element is respected. Having identical grain flow
of glued wooden pieces, we get minimum internal
stresses in a future loudspeaker case. Acoustic
system case is turned from glued work-parts and
is worked inside with a special mixture against
cracking in any climate.
7Wood case
Outside thin surface of wooden case is slightly
polished with natural wax. Each case is
carefully examined, and only those with no
imperfections are offered to customers. We
guarantee quality of our cases and give ten-year
warranty against cracks and splits.
8Wood case
Case of our acoustic system is a closed type case
having no damping material. Inside spherical
surface is a good dampener of extraneous waves.
In that way, absence of damping material and
influence of extraneous waves allow driver
working without any additional forces and strain.
Antiresonance loudspeaker body is made of
several hundreds of elements, and each of them
has its own size, and thus, a unique resonance
frequency.
9Sound-e-Motion components
- Speaker mounting brackets are made from
non-magnetic stainless steel. Spikes are of
induction case hardened carbon steel so they
are hard outside and soft inside. With their
pointed tips, the speakers stand only on a very
small area of the floor what reduces resonance. - Sound-e-Motion uses components only of
internationally known companies Scan-Speak,
Jensen capacitors, WBT, NORDOST - All crossover elements are crimped with cable
end sleeves made of special pure OFC copper with
24 karat gold plating. Not soldered.
10Sphere features
- We take a sphere as a basis for our product.
Really, it has natural routes because sphere is
an ideal acoustic shape and repeats sound wave
dispersed in space and time.If the case does no
modifications in sound wave form, a sound pattern
is transmitted just in the way it was originated,
i.e. minimum distortions and additions.
11Theory
- Let us deep into the theory.
- Skimming through a bible for acoustician The
Loudspeaker Design by Vance Dickason, we can
easily find that in sphere frequency response
changes are within /- 0,5 dB against /- 5 dB of
cuboid or /- 3 dB of ordinary parallelepiped. - Difference is so tremendous that it confirms by
itself hopelessness of attempts to make an ideal
acoustic system of classical squared shapes. - Pyramidal shapes are a little bit better with
their uneven frequency response up to /- 1,5 dB.
Still, we strive for creating ideal system and
take a basic spherical shape.

13Sphere features
Loudspeaker case is spherical one both from
inside and outside. Inner sphere damps different
extraneous waves and prevents standing waves
occurrence. At the same time, outside sphere,
repeating shape of wave, creates no sound
distortions and prevents diffraction and
interference of the waves reflected from case.
Absence of inside and outside angles excludes
such an effect as angular reflections. As the
result, if the sound is transmitted at angle,
frequency response deflections are minimal.
Moreover, diffraction lapses are practically
absent (and in classical acoustic system such an
observation cannot be done). So we get widely
spread clear sound without any distortions and
additions.
14Classical acoustic systems, zone of comfortable
listening and minimum diffractional distortions.
15Spherical acoustic systems, zone of comfortable
listening and minimum diffractional distortions.
16Sound-e-Motion acoustic systems
- Exact designing and tuning of acoustic
components are the basis of ultra-linear
frequency response. On angles up to 30 degrees
from centroidal axis, deflections on stated
diapason do not exceed 2 dB. Thorough accuracy
and authenticity of sound reproduction are
achieved. - Sound-e-Motion is
- unique panorama of sound, pure and unadulterated
- small and space-efficient, minimal crowding of
room corners and walls - attractive aesthetic form, hand crafted from
selected wood - Sound-e-Motion acoustic systems ideally suite
for professional record studios, home cinemas,
public halls, and night clubs. - The world of ideal sound for audiophiles.
