Introduction

• Everyone has a cell phone nowadays.
• What is being done to satisfy customers?
• Solution Cell phone providers have developed an
  official website for customers.
• Todays Application-Ring-tone downloading for
  your phone

Step 1-Go to the homepage

• Open a browser
• (i.e. Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla)
• In the address bar type in the web address
• www.sprintpcs.com, then hit

Step 2-Logging into your account

• On the homepage, find the heading
• Enter your phone number and password

• If login successful, My PCS page will appear

Step 3-Navigating to content catalog

• From the successful login screen, on the left
  hand side, under the Welcome, click the link
  My Phone Plan.

• The link will expand to look like the picture to
  the left.

Step 4-Check Phone Detail

• Click the Phone Details Link under the Expanded
  My Phone Plan menu option. Once the link is
  opened the Phone Details link will expand to
  look like the picture at left.

• Next, click the Content Catalog link. This
  will change the screen to look like the picture
  on the left.

• From this screen you can download several things
  like ring tones, games, and screen savers.
  However, this tutorial will only focus on
  downloading a ringer.

Step 6-Downloading the Ringer

• Under the column labeled Ringers select the link
  Browse ringer content. The screen will change
  to look like the picture at left.

Step 7-Browsing the content

• All the way to the right of the screen there is a
  menu labeled Content Catalog in red. This menu
  pictured allows you to browse through all of the
  ringers broken down by subject.

Step 8-Scroll through list of ringers

• The individual ringers are listed in the middle
  of the screen

Step 9-Selecting the ringer

• Click the desired ringer to purchase and download

• After you click on the ringer that you want to
  buy a sample screen will appear

Step 10-Preview the Ringer

• You can sample the ringer by clicking on the
  Listen Here icon

Step 11-Purchase/Download Ringer

• After you are done previewing the ringer click on
  the Buy it now button

Step 12-Confirmation

• Once the Buy it Now button is selected a
  confirmation screen will appear.
• A ring tone has successfully been downloaded!

Wrapping it Up

• Once you have completed your purchase dont
  forget to logout of your account at the end!
