• Displays the BPO for a functional Role code.
• Displays the Authorized Agent for an agency

• NIS User Access verification/changes

SOS Employee

• All NIS security requests for SOS employees will
  be approved through AS/State Personnel
• New SOS Job Order Form will include NIS security
  options
• Request supervisors visit with agency AA prior to
  requesting access for temps
• NIS access for Agency Private sector temps can
  be directly requested by the agency

• To Include BPO designation
• Please let us know if more needs to be added to
  Role Descriptions to eliminate access questions.
• NIS User Authorization Spreadsheet use will be
  discontinued after Automated Security Requests
  are implemented. November 10th the Authorized
  Agents Role will change from AA10 to AA20
  automatically by NIS Security
