Independent Reading Log

• Complete a log for each chapter book read for
  I.R.
• Must include all pages of book.
• Turn in with cover sheet when book is all the way
  finished.
• AVERAGE 3-5 books per trimester, depending on
  length! (I actually go by total pages.) Finish
  a book for a grade about every 2-4 weeks.
