Group 0 Status

• DOP will implement on schedule
• Cutover will take place during week of January 16
• First pay day will be February 10
• Central support agencies have participated in
  integration testing, and are ready for their
  roles
• Several key issues for Group 1 and 2 will be
  addressed during DOP implementation
• Contingency plans are in place

• Group 1 Resources in place to complete remaining
  key tasks prior to Group 1 April implementation
• Group 2 Resources in place to complete remaining
  key tasks prior to Group 2 July implementation
