HR Re-sets Employees EmpowHR Password When
Employee Failed to Set His/Her Forgot Your
Password Profile in EmpowHR

Select employee password reset

Select the desired search option using the drop
down menu.
NOTE for Clarification EmplID is 6 positions
which are all numbers. Ex. 222222 Name Enter
last name or last name,first name (no
space) UserID is 8 positions. The first 2
positions are the initials of the first and last
name followed by the 6 digit (EmplID). EX.

Click the search button.

Click in the box next to generate password

The new temporary Password will be displayed.
Dont forget to click on the SAVE button. The
new password wont work for the employee unless
you SAVE.

Think Security
Provide the new password to the employee By
telephone or fax or encrypted email. Do not
email the User ID with the Password to the
employee in the same email. Inform employees
they will be prompted to change the password
immediately after signing onto EmpowHR with the
temporary new password.
