Definitions
BCV Binary Commissionable Volume - (Binary)
abbreviated as BCV BCV is the value of a product
to count against the commission cap. During
Binary commission processing, BCV for all
invoices will be tallied. If the commission
processing calculates company wide earnings
totalling more than X (designated cap
percentage maximum payback) of the sum total BCV
present on all invoices for the period, capping
of commissions will be necessary. 
CV Commissionable Value (Unilevel)
abbreviated as CV CV is the value of a product to
count towards unilevel commissions. CV will be
calculated per level for each ISR and the
associated percentage () assigned to that level,
based upon title and / or qualifications will be
paid out.

Preferred Customer

• Pays 29.95 per year for the benefit of
  purchasing products at wholesale cost
• Preferred customers will not have a position
  within the income opportunity on either the
  binary or unilevel plan

Everyone benefits from AutoShip, however,

instead of purchasing product at retail once in a
while as follows

Eight Ways to Earn
Binary Retail Profits (calculated weekly) ISRs
earn 50 Retail Profit each time they sell a
binary qualified product package product for 250
(the difference between the retail sales price
and the wholesale ISR cost).
International Trainer Binary Bonus Pool
(calculated quarterly) Qualified ISRs earn a
portion of the International Trainer Binary Bonus
Pool each quarter.
International Trainer Unilevel Bonus Pool
(calculated monthly) To earn this bonus pool one
must achieve the title of International Trainer
and have a minimum of 16 first generation
individuals, each of whom has a minimum of 44.95
wholesale autoship.
Fast Start Bonuses (calculated weekly) ISRs earn
25 Fast Start Bonuses each time one of their
personally sponsored ISRs sells a binary
qualified product package product for 250 or
200.
Weak-Side Binary Commissions (calculated
weekly) Qualified ISRs receive 15 of the BCV in
the weak side of their organization up to 10,000
in volume each week.
Executive Director Unilevel Bonus Pool
(calculated monthly) To earn this bonus pool one
must achieve the title of Executive Director and
have a minimum of 8 first generation individuals,
each of whom has a minimum of 44.95 wholesale
autoship.
Binary Level Matching Bonuses (calculated
weekly) Qualified ISRs receive up to 2 levels of
Binary Matching Bonuses each week.
Unilevel Commissions 5 Levels (calculated
monthly) Qualified ISRs earn up to 5 levels in
the Unilevel each month.

• This is an individual who has joined the program
  and paid 99 for a Paragon Business Portfolio.

Manager

• The title would appear on your replicated site

  the compensation plan, or a combination of the

Binary Activation Qualifications
A business center is activated when the ISR pays
99.00 for the non-commissionable Paragon
Business Portfolio.
A business center is qualified to earn Binary
commissions when it has sold 3 Binary qualified
retail products, one of which can be to
themselves and the other two (or three) can be
sold to either their personally sponsored ISRs or
their personal retail and / or preferred
customers or a combination of both. The sales do
not need to be 1 right / 1 left but rather can be
this or 2 left or 2 right or neither as they
could be sales to customers that are neither left
nor right.

A business center is qualified to earn Level 3
Unilevel commissions when it has personally
sponsored 2 Associates and sells six 250
(retail) / 200 (wholesale) product packages
between themselves and their personally enrolled
ISRs.
Level 1
A business center is qualified to earn Level 2
Unilevel commissions when it has personally sold
three binary qualified product packages for 250
(retail)/ 200 (wholesale), one of which can be
to themselves and the other two packages to
either their personally sponsored ISRs or
personal customers, who do not participate in the
compensation plan, or a combination of the two.
A business center is qualified to earn Level 1
Unilevel commissions when it has paid 99 for
their Paragon Business Portfolio.

Binary Commissions
Retail Profits From each sale of 250 a retail
profit of 50 will be paid to the ISR that sells
the product. There will not be any retail profit
paid on transactions for 200, the wholesale
purchase price. Fast Start Bonus Anytime an ISR
sells the Binary qualified retail product for
250 or wholesale for 200 their sponsor will
receive a Fast Start Bonus of 25. Weak Side
Binary Each week the BCV for all Binary qualified
product sales will be summed for each ISR. The
ISR will receive 15 of the weak side of their
organization with a maximum of 10,000 in BCV
each week. Personal retail BCV will be pushed to
the ISRs weak side to maximize earning
potential. Maximum Earnings ISRs can earn a
maximum of 1500 each week in Binary commissions,
however binary matching bonus income is unlimited.

How To Get Paid Qualified ISRs are paid 15 of
the BCV on the weaker side of their organization.
Personal retail and preferred customer BCV sales
are added to the weak side to maximize the
earning potential of the ISR. Example 1 At the
end of the week Bob, an ISR, has 6000 Binary
volume left and 9000 Binary volume right. Bob
will be paid 15 of the weak side, the 6000
left, for a Binary commission of 900. 6000
will be deducted from his left side leaving a
balance of 0 for the next week and 6000 from
his right side leaving a balance of 3000 for the
next week.

Binary Re-Entry Positions Once an ISR maxes out
their center with more than 10,000 in both legs
more than 4 times they will receive a re-entry
center in the Binary. Note, there is no
additional purchase or sales requirement to
activate or keep qualified each new re-entry
position they acquire. The new center will be
placed in their personal sponsors next available
position depending on the organizational side on
which the ISR originally joined. Example ISR 500
joined in their sponsors left side organization,
the new ISR position would be the next available
position at the bottom of their sponsors left
side organization.

• First Level Bonus
• ISRs earn 50 of what their personally sponsored
  ISRs earn in Binary commissions each week. If an
  ISR wants to make 10,000 each month all they
  need to do is help 10 personally sponsored ISRs
  earn 2,000 each month. (All matching bonus
  earnings consist of the 15 weak side
  commissions, not matching bonus commissions).
• Second Level Bonus
• ISRs earn 50 of what their 2nd level
  non-personally sponsored ISRs earn in Binary
  commissions each week.
• International Trainer Binary Bonus Pool
• 3.00 from all Binary qualified retail product
  sales will be contributed to the International
  Trainer Bonus Pool and paid out quarterly in
  equal distributions to all ISRs who achieved the
  title of International Trainer in the previous
  quarter.
