Thresholds for the University
  • Up to 3000 must be able to demonstrate value for
    money
  • 3001 to 30,000 at least 3 written quotes
  • 30,001 to 100,000 at least 3 written tenders
  • 100,000 to EU threshold, Procurement Department
    must be consulted
  • Above EU Threshold, project must be managed by
    the Procurement Department
  • These limits do not apply to call off against
    framework agreements
