• Organization and support to enter into a
  memorandum of understanding between foreign
  institutions and IUAV, coordination with the
  offices interested in drafting and conclusion of
  implementing agreements related to the memorandum
  of understanding.
• The office attends to
• approval both memoranda of understanding and
  their implementing agreements by the Senate and
  the Board of Governors
• subscription of the memorandum and of the
  agreement by the Rector
• sending of the documents to the contracting
  foreign institutions
• monitoring of the activities in progress that
  are object of the specific agreements

  memoranda of understanding and their implementing
  agreements
• The office manages the database of memoranda and
  implementing agreements, periodically monitoring
  the progress of the activities as
• geographical areas
• type of activity object of the implementing
  agreement (e.g. research, teaching, staff and
  students mobility, conferences, exhibitions,
  scientific publications etc.)
• renewal of memoranda and agreements and
  confirmation of the scientific responsible.
