  • The Building a Healthier Chicago Worksite
    Wellness Committee strives to support Chicagoland
    employers in improving the health and
    productivity of their populations
  • Committee OBJECTIVES
  • Educate Chicagoland employers of the BHC
    initiative to promote physical activity, healthy
    eating, and detection, prevention, and control
    of high blood pressure
  • Identify and share current best practices for
    worksite wellness
  • Identify resources, tools, and implementation
    strategies to support worksite wellness
    programs

  • participants in worksite wellness activities

    to participate in the BHC WW Employer
    Assessment

    and both short-term and long-term steps
  • engagement of as many employers as possible
    from January to April (BHC Conference)

    Chicagoland employers worksite wellness
    efforts based on the WW Employer Assessment
    questions
