• PRIORITY 1
• The Federal government needs to develop a focus
  program on mentoring and professional development
  
• PRIORITY 2
• The DHHIG shall recommend to OPM a fast track
  program at the FEI and MDC levels geared towards
  integrating Deaf and HH employees

• The DHHIG will gather information on performance
  of Federal agencies on employment and promotion
  of Deaf and Hard of Hearing employees and provide
  an evaluation of this information on DHHIG
  Website

• All training videotapes in all formats made by or
  for the government shall be captioned
• PRIORITY 2
• Training on cross-cultural communication and
  attitudinal barriers should be made available to
  all government employees

• Education plans about Reasonable Accommodations
  should be made available for the government and
  at the DHHIG Website
