Expectations

• I thought I would be able to make a web page by
  myself as well as integrate a lesson using
  technology.
• As a mentor, I knew I would have to be able to
  teach others how to build web pages, use the
  internet and use Excel and PowerPoint.

• how to use a template to create a web page.
• how to use Netscape Communicator, Excel and
  PowerPoint.
• to be a more effective web searcher.
• how to evaluate web pages.
• how to make up a group for email purposes.

Successes

• I found many web resources about salmon.
• I created a take home web project for 1st grade
  students.
• I worked with many dedicated members of my
  district.

Conclusion

• This has been a vast learning experience for me.
  Technology integration, helping teachers to
  include standards based lessons and supporting
  student and staff learning makes it all worth it.
