assumptions made for estimating the projected

Definitions for various regions shown in
the Box Plots can also be found as a link to this
page. 2) In the original data,
population of any given year is divided into
5-year age groups. It is assumed that population
within an age group is uniformly distributed.
3) Working Age population here is the
population between 20 and 64 years. 4)
All the legends shown for any one of the two set
of maps are same. Multiple legends are provided
so that a map and its legend could fall in the
same view. 5) No data is available
for Greenland and some very small countries.
Those countries are missing in the maps.
