• What is your short term and long term needs
• Do I lease from someone currently?
• Do I own equipment and what is the age and
  condition?
• Do I want to own more units?
• What is my cash flow to purchase equipment?
• Do I want to sell equipment?
• Do I need the equipment brought to me or can I
  pick them up?

• Do I have a shop to maintain the equipment?
• How would I handle road repairs and Tires?
• Should I look at full service lease?
• List your requirements and use this to follow
  when speaking with Leasing Companies.

  before you contact them for bid.

• Look for Companies that have been around a few
  years, and have a number of locations in the USA
• Does the leasing group have the type of equipment
  available in your area or can they move equipment
  to fill the need
• Are invoices based on 28 days or calendar month
• What is their turn in requirements and repair
  policy

• Can the Leasing group and Sales person meet the
  standards?
• Can they add Value?
• Can they provide good Service?
• Do you feel you can Trust them and they seam to
  be knowledgeable?
• Can they help you / Problem Solver?
• Do they look to be a good service provider to
  Partner with?

  Kansas City, KS. Indianapolis, IN.
• In June of 2004 joined forces with Milestone
  Equipment Corporation which broadens PALs
  resources and capabilities. Milestone is a full
  service leasing and asset management company for
  intermodal van trailers, domestic containers and
  chassis with a fleet of over 7,000 units.
  Milestone is headquartered in the San Francisco
  area with its operations center in Chicago, IL
  and is the second largest lessor of intermodal
  trailers in the United States.
