• Structures for capacity building of NGOs to
  ensure better response
• Clarification of roles and responsibilities of

• Identify area/resources/experience/experts/NGO
  listings

• Members of the group have already committed to
  the GSDMA with support and resources
• C. Balaji Singh to compile draft document for
  GO/NGO coordination guidelines
• Rama Kashyap to provide a set of case studies
  encompassing Tamil Nadus Tsunami experiences
• Similarly from other States like Orissa, AP,
  Assam, Bihar and UP
• Experience of the Incident Command System (ICS)
  pilot in Gujarat to be shared and used
• Provide space in ICS for NGOs and build their
  capacities
