5Employee Feedback Process
- The Employee Feedback Forms were distributed to
100 hospital employees in November, 2005 - Seventy-two (72) employees returned the form
- The overall response rate was 72 (72/100)

- 65 full-time/4 part-time/3 unknown

- The employee feedback questions were allocated to
the following categories for purposes of
analysis (Appendix 1 contains the employee

- Weighted averages were calculated for questions
1-19. Refer to Appendix 2 for a description of
weighted averages. A five-point Likert scale was
used, with 5 as the best or highest score. - The slides in each category include all responses.
