Employee Feedback Process
  • The Employee Feedback Forms were distributed to
    100 hospital employees in November, 2005
  • Seventy-two (72) employees returned the form
  • The overall response rate was 72 (72/100)
  • Note Respondent breakdown
  • 65 full-time/4 part-time/3 unknown

Response rates below 70 may not represent the
opinions or perspectives of the majority of
employees.

Facility Specific Category Responses
  • The employee feedback questions were allocated to
    the following categories for purposes of
    analysis (Appendix 1 contains the employee
    feedback form)
  • Overall Satisfaction (Question 19)
  • Planning Issues (Questions 1-3)
  • Administrative/Management Issues (Questions 4-6)
  • Training Issues (Questions 7-9)
  • Environmental/Retention Issues (Questions 10-12)
  • Performance/Peer Issues (Questions 13-15)
  • Supervisory Issues (Questions 16-18)
  • Weighted averages were calculated for questions
    1-19. Refer to Appendix 2 for a description of
    weighted averages. A five-point Likert scale was
    used, with 5 as the best or highest score.
  • The slides in each category include all responses.
