• Complete the tables explaining how each factor
  has been considered
• If a group considers joint working to be a bad
  idea use the tables and the considerations to
  explain why
• Nominate a member of the group to feedback the
  groups decisions and thought processes
• Any other discussion can also be captured and fed
  back
