2George Weissmanns Preface
It is hard to believe it has been 25 years
since we started the Fundamental Physics Group at
the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory. We trust that
you still remember all the exciting explorations
of the foundations of quantum theory and its
bearing on our concept of reality, of Bell's
Theorem and its implications and experimental
verification, our discussions on the nature of
consciousness and its relationship to physics,
our earnest attempts to build bridges between
science and spirituality, our experimental and
theoretical forays into key experiments in
parapsychology, and a number of other fascinating
topics from frontier science.

5Bohr, Bohm Einstein
- Bohm not Bohr
- Bohr said only a wave without a particle.
- Bohm said both wave and particle.
- Neither Bohr nor Einstein.
- Einstein right on objective reality.
- Bohr right on nonlocality.
- Bohm right collapse not needed.
6Space-Time Beyond
- 4D space-time is too small for physics.
- 11D hyperspace of M-theory is needed.
- New experimental evidence for hyperspace.
- Quantum wave is in configuration space.
- Quantum theory not fundamentally statistical -
only so for simple things. - Subquantum heat death of hidden variables.
7The Mental Quantum
- The quantum bit
- Form-dependence
- Intensity-independence
- Quantum is organic nonmechanical
- Quantum is physical and mental
- Not all mental processes are conscious
8Mental Quantum Bit Landscape
- Bohms ontology naturally fits the chaos theory,
neural net, complexity pictures of a system point
piloted by a landscape. - Orthodox QM is one way, i.e. hidden variable
piloted by landscape (quantum potential) but not
vice versa, i.e., action without direct reaction. - Post-QM is two way cybernetic loop.
9Sentient Strange Attractors
- Eigenfunctions of observables selected by the
total experimental arrangement are attractor
basins on the quantum wave landscape for the Bohm
hidden variable particle to get trapped into.
There is no need for collapse, no need for the
Von Neumann projection postulate in the general
case of unique high complexity systems.
10Action-Reaction Principle
- Newtons third law from symmetry
- Einsteins general relativity
- Quantum action without reaction
- Quantum random signal locality
- Post-quantum reaction makes consciousness
- Post-quantum nonrandom signal nonlocality
- Co-evolution of wave particle
11Cosmic Consciousness
- Reaction Barrier Height is amc2/HN2
- Action Barrier Height is h per qubit
- H is Hubbles cosmological parameter
- Critical qubit complexity Nc to generate
conscious moment is resonance when action height
reaction height! - Nc 1018 electron qubits 1 exa-qubit agrees
with experiment on human brain.
12Machs Principle
- H-1 (4r/3)2(ac/Gm)
- r e2/mc2
- for the electron (R.I. Gray, 1988 Navy)
- Cosmological origin of inertia
- Cosmological origin of consciousness
- Hoyle-Narlikar advanced cosmology
- ZPF origin of inertia God-Particle
131018 Bio-Quantum Nano-Dots
14Duration of Conscious Moment
- t 1/HNc 4x1017/1018 0.4 sec
- Power dissipation (qubit erasure) NckT/t
101810-16 3x102/.4 ergs/sec (3/4) 105 ergs/sec
10-2 Watts to maintain William Jamess stream
of consciousness in the brain at the nano-caged
electron qubit level. - The whole body dissipates 102 watts.
15Paranormal Phenomena
- Both ordinary consciousness and paranormal
remote-viewing require post-quantum locally
nonrandom signal-nonlocality. - Nonlocal entangled quantum processes are
uncontrollably locally random. - Nonlocal entangled post-quantum processes are
controllably locally nonrandom.
16Conscious Androids
- We are conscious nano-androids, possibly designed
by a time travelling advanced civilization using
Star Gate technology. - We will now start using post-quantum
nano-engineering to build conscious computers and
androids in the solid state. - We may be our own Gran Pa in a loop in time.
17Classical Unified Field Theory
- Einsteins 1915 GR incomplete based on a
holonomic symmetric connection. - Hawking-Penrose black hole singularity theorems
and exact solutions not reliable. - There is new experimental evidence (Wesson, 1981)
for GRs incompleteness in addition to anomalous
acceleration, missing mass and cosmological
constant problem.
18Anholonomic Constraints
- The dynamic topology-changing 3D space we live in
like Flatlanders is nonintegrably
(anholonomically) constrained to fold through 10D
hyperspace creating and destroying Star Gate
traversable wormholes. - Unified field theory breaks 1915 GR Diff4
holonomic gauge symmetry.
193Dim Fold in 10DimHyperspace
- Dynamical topology change in unified field theory
forbidden in 1915 general relativity - Post-quantum signal nonlocality forbidden in
quantum theory.
20Star Gate Engineering
- Topology change in unified field theory permits
advanced civilization to engineer traversable
wormholes using the Cartan nonsymmetric
connection field from hyperspace.
21Non-Statistical Irreversibility
- R Kiehn has shown how the arrow of time is
intrinsically nonstatistical using Cartans
differential forms. - This is consistent with Bohms ontology in which
God does not play dice with the universe. - The statistical structure of orthodox QM is
superficial, i.e. a low complexity artifact.
22J. Corums Anholonomic W Field
- Fmn Fmn(holonomic) Fmn(anholonomic)
2dm,A n Wlmn Al from nonsymmetric connection
field for parallel transport gap. - Bo Lehnert (Royal Institute of Technology,
Stockholm) has data on several experimental
classical EM anomalies like vacuum charge density
Sagnac Effect that Corums equation can
explain.
23Observed Hyperspace Physics

28Bohms Hidden Variables
- mw a1/2Mp does not work as real solution i.e. a
(1/4)(1/a) b2 -gt b2 lt 0 - Nonradiating little black holes are the universal
bare elementary particles, i.e. Bohm sub-quantum
hidden variables screened by virtual
particle-antiparticle vacuum plasma in different
ways to form the dressed elementary Bohmian
particles.
29Schwingers Dyon
- The universal bare elementary particle is a tiny
magnetic monopole connected to a tiny electric
monopole by a Dirac string where (Gms/c2)2
(G(bare)/c4)ltfgt2(Q2 Q2) - ltfgt is the dilaton macro phase coherent
superfluid order parameter of the quantum virtual
pair-correlated particle-antiparticle plasma of
Vigiers subquantal Dirac aether.
30Open Strings
- Schwinger dyon as magnetic monopole and electric
monopole at ends of a Dirac string. The two ends
are glued to the 3 Dim Dirichlet M-theory
membrane that we call the visible universe. - Gravity from closed strings.
- What about anholonomic torsion?
- Superstrings are Bohm hidden variables.
31Hyperspace Influence
- EM-Weak-Strong forces confined to 3 dimensions of
visible universe. - Gravity from the symmetric connection is not so
confined and spreads into 7 extra dimensions of
hyperspace at distances possibly as large as 1
millimeter. - Anholonomic torsion from the antisymmetric
connection not confined?
32Variable G at small distance?
- G(bare)1/2ltfgt G(dressed)1/2 so that the dilaton
quantum vacuum superfluid finitely renormalizes
Newtons gravitational constant. - This may do what Hal Puthoff is trying to do with
Sakharovs idea on EM ZPF, but in a new M-Theory
hyperspace context.

36Physics of Exotic Propulsion
- UFO phenomenon shows contact with advanced
technological civilization. - Evidence for both Star Gate and Propellantless
Propulsion Technology. - Dynamical 10D anholonomic hyperspace vacuum as
source and sink of momentum-energy for
propellantless propulsion and Star Gate
Engineering.
