Course Objectives Students will develop

• Critical thinking skills w/ emphasis on problem
  solving (life skills)
• Knowledge of Earths systems and what makes them
  work
• an appreciation of the world around us and
• an Environmental awareness for Earth.

Course Description

• Double period every other day
• Units covered (see handout)
• Activities include hands-on lab investigations
• Note taking through PPT Presentations
• Demos and current events
• Required to take E.S. Regents Exam (June)
• Satisfy laboratory requirement by submitting
  satisfactory lab reports 1200 minutes (30 labs)
