Our GATE program includes

• Clustering of students, so they can work together
  on a daily basis
• Differentiated instruction, so they are
  challenged at a higher level
• Teachers receive special training and support

2008-2009 GATE Program

• Reading tutoring program
• GATE students were trained as coaches and tutored
  struggling 2nd-4th grade readers
• Students authored their own easy-reading book
• Classroom social studies visual performing arts
  project
